That is completely up to you. The facility is secured with your code and it is our policy to never give access to your unit to anyone who is not on your rental agreement. The unit you rent is secured with your lock and your key – only you can decide who has access to your unit and who doesn’t.
Climate controlled units are indoor storage units where the temperature is maintained between 65 to 85 degrees. These units are good for items sensitive to fluctuating temperatures. Climate control can be very important in protecting belongings that could be damaged in temperature variation. Items such as wood furniture, antiques, books and important papers, electronics, and liquors/wines are examples of property that might be safer in a climate controlled unit.
As opposed to units that are accessed through a building, our drive-up units are great for easy access. You drive right up to your unit to unload or load.
Rent your unit for as long as you need, even if it’s only a month!
You can request a storage unit over the phone or online, but you must complete the rental agreement in person at the facility.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, checks, cash and money orders.
We require a 15 day notice, in writing, prior to your next billing date.
As of January 2018, Kansas allows for lien notices to be sent to via email.

For instance, a 10′ x 15′ is generally perfect for storing the contents of a 2 bedroom space. It will easily hold the furniture, king-size mattresses, some large appliances, and the other household items normally found in a two bedroom home. Need to store your car also, look at the 12′ x 30′ space.
